“Co-Ownership”
Definition. The essence and juridical nature of co-ownership is that each
co-owner is the owner of the whole, and over the whole he exercises rights
of dominion, but of the same time he is owner of a part which is truly
abstract, because until division is affected, such part is not physically
determined.
