“Lewdness”
Definition: The phrase “act of lasciviousness” has a meaning similar to
“lewdness” which means that all acts of lewdness committed upon a person
of either sex, short of lying a woman and anything leading up to it. What
constitutes lewd or lascivious conduct must be determined from the
circumstances of each case.
