“Premeditation”
Definition: There is premeditation when the crime has been carefully
considered by the guilty party; he has prepared beforehand the means he
deemed suitable for carrying it into execution; when he has had sufficient
time dispassionately to consider and accept the final consequences, and when
there has been a concerted plan.
