“Wanton Act”
Definition: One done in reckless disregard of the rights of others, evincing
a reckless indifference to consequences to life, limb, or health, or
reputation of property, rights of another, and is more than negligence, more
than gross negligence, and is such conduct as indicates a reckless disregard
of the just rights or safety of others or of the consequences of action,
equivalent to its results to willful misconduct.
