“Wear and Tear”
Definition: The loss by wearing, as of machinery in use; the loss or injury
to which anything is subjected by use, accident or ect. Loss by service,
exposure, decay, or injury incident to the ordinary use of a thing. In its
most literal sense, the expression embraces both the idea of deterioration
and accidental damage.
